Why we make Desi Chana Sattu Laddoos?

Honestly? Because it's super easy and quick. Sattu is made from roasted chana, so we don't need to roast the flour. Benefits of Chana Sattu are a huge bonus. It's high in fiber and contains a good amount of nutrients like iron, calcium, sodium, and magnesium. 

It's also a great mithai for summer time as Chana Sattu is cooling for the body. 

 

Ingredient List:

 

Groundnut oil or ghee - 2 tbsp

Desi Chana Sattu - 1.5 cups

Desi Khand -  1 cup

Roasted nuts and seeds of your choice

Raisins
